Return On Investment (ROI) is a well known expression and a used expression in modern business life today.

Return On Internet Investment (ROII) is still quite unknown, but at Massarde we want to change this, so that ROII is a known and used expression when companies want to boost and exploit their presence on the Internet.

We are convinced, and we can document, that it is necessary for companies to "think business" in every aspects of their communication (Inter-, Intra- or extranet) and not only when they sell their products via an online shop.

We are able to generate a positive ROII in various ways. The most obvious are via added sales which is measured in hard cash, but think about boosting ROII by reducing the amount of man hours spend or deleting directs cost on providing services which are not adding direct value to customers and clients. These services could easily be made available online e.g. via a unique client login.

Another way can be that we strengthen the client/supplier loyalty thus giving our clients a positive ROII.

There are many ways to boost the ROII but one thing is sure, and that is that you have to "think business" from day one when defining the strategy. We believe that we, with our one stop shopping concept, are able to provide a positive ROII already in the initial phases of a co-operation.
